Usually give you a good value for money. Had issues with construction back in the 2000's, but have heard that its okay now.

Frisco Hills has one exit to 423 unless you go through Frisco Ranch. Go out there when you would normally leave for work and see.

I've worked with FTH for many years and they've always done a great job for my clients.

Like Mike said, They do give you great value for the money. I'd recommend them to my clients.

I have seen mixed response on First Texas homes. Their reputation has gone up a few notches in last few years and offer more house for $$.

I am building my second FTH home in frisco. I agree with Mike and Rakin that FTH offers nice value. I would recommend it to my friends.
They will work with you to customize the home to a certain extent(including changes to floor plans/layout) if you want specific changes.
If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me.
