Just a question. Heavy concentration (90% plus) of a single ethnic community won't exclude many future buyers and negatively/positively impact the prices of homes depending on how they view the community. Ruling out approximately 75% of all other future buyers would be scary for me if I have tor resell the property. However, areas such as china towns in major cities did not see any property devaluations. So I am just confused.
