We are new to the area and from what we have seen so far, we do like the W.Frisco area. We looked around and found a new Shaddock home priced around 615k in this area. Its a 4150 sq ft home with good upgrades. We needed some advice whether this is a reasonable price for this kind of home in this area. Any help/advice is much appreciated.

Where specifically is it?

In Stonebriar, it could be a fantastic price. Elsewhere it may or may not be.

Do you have a realtor? The realtor should be pulling comps to show you the houses that sold in the neighborhood. That is the only way to see if the price per sq foot is reasonable for the area.

Realtors have very limited data from areas of new construction. Most of these homes are not input into the MLS system.
