Just because you ask the question means you should discount the price some....vs a similar home in another location.
Depending on where those lines are they may not be in use. The Northlake power plant was deactivated years ago.
The developer is not really sure what to do with the towers and power lines. Money she probably doesn't want to spend with -ROI.
People all over the world live under power lines....next to roads....next to garbage dumps....next to train tracks....next to...???
Can't say there is no risk, but from what we know today, probably not that big of risk.

Homebuyers worry if next buyer is going to like the paint they are picking when they put it on market in 12 years or so but when it comes to health hazards, buyers are disturbingly carefree.
