Good school will be a plus for resale value. It will be only my husband and I. We did our house hunting two weeks ago and visited about 8 houses in Frisco, Plano, Little Elm. The houses we visited didn't seem to have enough natural light into the house. We came across the Brentwood community by Pulte home in Little Elm within our budget. We put a deposit on it. Now I have a 2nd thought because I have to move in Aug/Sept. and it's not going to complete until end of the year. 1. They said they can build it in 6 months, ready in Nov/Dec subject to weather. Does anyone know is this a realistic time frame, complete in 6 months? 2. I notice there are a lot of apartments around the area. Is the area safe? 3. This morning, I saw spec-homes, which is ready to move in, Auburn Hills community in McKinney with same builder, near Baylor Scott Hospital. I like the fact it's ready to move in, but it's further, 18 miles from my work. Does anyone know how's the traffic like in the rush hour? Thank you!
I have friends at Pulte. They have been running 6 months on very regular basis. Shouldnt be a issue unless we have alot of bad weather for extended periods. My friend at Beazer Homes is building at 6 months to. FYI
Thats a pretty major difference in drive between the Mckinney community and the Little Elm one.

There are a few local restaurants.
Brentwood is Frisco ISD. One of the few that are with Little elm address.
