I've been tasked with trying to find a place to host a large internal company dinner next Tuesday night. I was told this a couple of days ago. Our office is housed in the Addison area, so will need to stay very close to there.

I need to accommodate around 40-45 people while trying to stay around $100/person for food & alcohol.

My first immediate thought was to try one of the brazilian steakhouses. Texas de Brazil has yet to call me back in two days, despite me calling in multiple times and putting in a request for contact on their site, trying to see if Fogo De Chao could accommodate us. But I definitely need some backup places to call.

But does anyone else have any ideas of places that could accommodate this large of a group at this price point on such short notice? Food needs to be something that is a general crowdpleaser or can cater to a variety of pallettes and tastes.

Try Blue Mesa in Addison. They have rooms and party packages including alcohol on a pp basis. Maggianos at Willow Bend, but that's a few miles further north. Also, Rafain at Frankford & Tollway.

I have been to large professional group dinners at the following Addison restaurants:
Blue Mesa
Gloria's
Nate's Seafood & Steak
The Italian place @ Midway & Belt Line- can't remember the name

Additional thought:
1. You might try Chamberlain's or Kenny's since it is a Tuesday night.
2. Sort of close by - Ruggeri's (Royal & Preston, 2 blocks off Tollroad) can also accommodate large professional groups on weeknights.

I've been to events about that size at Chamberlains, Ida Claire and Taco Diner.

Mostly seconding what has already been suggested.
Chamberlains
Chamberlains Fish Market
Ida Claire
Maguire's

This is also a great suggestion, but not in Addison. --> Ruggeri's (Royal & Preston, 2 blocks off Tollroad) can also accommodate large professional groups on weeknights.

Keeping with the current suggestions and adding
Chamberlains Fish Market (Addison, just to be clear)
Uncle Julios (Addison/Dallas @ Keller Springs/Tollway)
Three Forks
and possibly Maguires

Ate at J. Macklins in Coppell today and noticed advertising for their new event space in Addison on the table:

Concepts

Looks pretty new, but I can attest that the food is AWESOME.

You can also check with Rafain Brazilian Steakhouse, very nearby at Frankford and the Tollway.
