Lot sizes are small but builders are good. You can buy same house from this builder for less in cheaper exurbs with longer commute so it's a personal choice. I'm not sure if this subdivision would feed to Plano ISD or Frisco ISD.

Sure they'll sell but I doubt $450k qualifies as affordable.

It's Frisco ISD according to Shaddock's website. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the development name considering there is already a Preston Hollow in Dallas.

The 18 front entry fifty-five foot residential lots are located within Frisco ISD, and Riddle Elementary is safely walkable.

The naming seems odd.

Developers in this area aren't very creative. I do get a chuckle out of reading names for streets in Castle Hills. Holy Grail and Sir Lovel are among my favorites.
