Im 25 and will be attending University of Texas of Arlington. My job is at DFW. i would like to stay within 30 minutes of UTA. It don't matter if its Dallas or Arlington i just wanna live in a good neighborhood near restaurants and some nightlife. my budget is around 1500$ a month on rent

I'd look in Arlington and Grand Prairie along 360, such as in the Centreport area. That will put you halfway between your job and school.

Unfortunately, there's very little nightlife in the area.

How many days do you anticipate going to work? Going to school?

Yeah, the Centrepoint area would be a nice location, but there isn't much to do around there. I definitely wouldn't recommend living near 360 south of I-30.

And yes, there is zero nightlife in Arlington.

Restaurants are spread out all over Arlington, so OP shouldn't have any issues there.

I'd second the Grapevine rec if you can swing it budget-wise. My brother-in-law was taking classes at UTA and working at DFW at the same time. He felt like Grapevine offered more in the way of social opportunity.
