We plan to sell our house soon (moving to other side of DFW). Our current house is in Rockwall County near Heath. Our realtor thinks $380k is a good listing price.

I know homes in 200's are FLYING off the market? How are homes in upper 300,000 range selling? Assuming it's priced right, good schools, nice home built in 2014, etc...?

Doesn't look like it's flying. I did a realtor's job for you. Screenshot shows how many days it took to sell houses in Rockwall 2010+ btw 350k-400k

Rockwall, TX Housing Market, Trends, and Schools - realtor.com®

Click on the "median days on market" tab. Currently it shows it being about 40 days, which is less than the historical norm of about 2 months.

2-6 months, imho; as there are NEW homes still being built in the mid-upper 300's ('competition') ...

There are NO new homes being built in the 200's (or lower) is why they 'FLY off the shelf' ...
