Interesting that their suggestions for Dallas are:

Get more middle-class families to buy homes in the city.
While Dallas just recently punted on a bond vote to do just that, and the plan that will shore up the Police & Firefighter pension fund will take more money from Dallas general fund (that's where traffic/social services $$ come from) so Dallas can expect even slower improvements in those areas in the future. Or a property tax increase.
Meanwhile, every suburb that had a bond package, also for the things above, was able to get it passed in the recent election.
I personally kind of disagree that Dallas needs to work to attract economic development to southern Dallas. They need to keep attracting it to
central Dallas , including downtown, and then south Dallas will follow along. Central Dallas is the area that would benefit most from infrastructure and school improvements.
