My wife and I are in process of wrapping up a new construction home right off FM 663. We were wondering if anyone on this forum knows what other major stores will be included in this shopping center at corner of Hwy 287 & FM663. We know about the Kroger just not sure on the other stores. We have heard rumors of Target and Home Depot coming to Midlothian just hadn't seen anything in news or city website confirming.

Thanks in advance

You might want to ask this question in the Ft. Worth forum as well. They might offer more details for you

Ross has a "coming soon" sign up now, 7-11 was approved and will be built right before Kroger (same side) closer to Autumn Run, Chic-fil-A, Panda Express, a mom and pop furniture store, and JoAnn's ( I think is the name...fabric store). Aldi's request to build was denied recently. A storage facility is also approved to be built across from Mt. Peak Elementary school. I haven't seen anything regarding Target or Home Depot yet and neither have been voted on as of the last meeting.
