Meh...I don't see the appeal in living in McKinney but so be it for those who do. The market will decide the value on these houses...

But I bet most new homebuyers in McKinney don't work in McKinney. Or Allen.

If the commute is to the current center of the universe (121 and DNT), it shouldn't be that bad on 121.
