I am looking into moving to Ascend Westridge apartments. It's brand new but I'm wondering if anyone else has leased there and whats been your experience so far.

I looked at them last weekend. Most of the buildings will be completed over the next 6 months, so they're slowly opening up 4-6 apartments at a time.

I'm at Adara Windsong in Prosper (basically brand new) and intend to move to Ascend when lease is up. Will likely start new home construction within 2-3 months of moving to Ascend.

Keep in mind that the monthly advertised rates don't include garage/storage.

I see. I am looking to move November and I was told it should be a go to move in then. I actually drove past the building I'd like to move into and the building is up with the outside facade done but theres still no doors and windows if my memory serves me correctly. I'm wondering if they'll be done with that particular building by then. I'm ok with the garage price because I work late and don't want to fight for a parking space. Small price to pay for convenience. Thanks for your input.
