Trump needs to quit tweeting about this subject. There's literally a humanitarian crisis going on in Puerto Rico right now, and yet Trump is so focused on NFL pregame ceremonies.
Indeed. I never thought I would ever admire any act of a franchise of modern day gladiators but they handled it well, it was simply brilliant.

I'm so over this non-troversy already. They've only been coming out of the locker room for the anthem for what, less than 10 years?

I'm so tired of these empty, jingoistic, propagandistic displays of chest-thumping "patriotism" that are the reaction to any criticism of any American institution...in this case, "hero first responders," a.k.a police.

Tired of it.

Kneel, don't kneel. I don't care. It doesn't mean anything anyway.

I feel unpatriotic because they don't play the National Anthem before I start my job.

You should file a complain ASAP and forward a copy to our POTUS for an executive tweet.

Or I could illegally download a copy of the National Anthem to my phone, purchase a boombox at Wal-Mart, somehow get my phone and boombox to work together, and then blast it at my desk every morning - that'd probably work too!

Exactly! Some of the same people complaining about disrespecting the flag have no problem with people waving around Confederate or Nazi flags.

Looks like he is finally starting to turn his attention to PR crisis. Must have figured out this NFL thing was not going as he expected.

Yeah, so what? Some folks just unconditionally love all flags.
