Looking at the list the it likely we will see DFW or Austin. The only other place that makes sense is Boston or Raleigh.
Everything else’s doesn’t have the tech talent available.

The reason it either Austin of dfw is the location is central it makes it easier to travel also Bezos has texas ties so it very likely he will pick texas.

Everything else just doesn’t make sense at all. I would say DFW is probaly the winner because we have the airport and actually bigger labor pool.

What Texas ties does Bezos have ?
Austin has UT central campus but DFW has UT @ Dallas, a satellite campus. No big-time schools in North Texas, how do you solve that problem ? If it weren't for red-neck pols like Abbot & Cruz I'd give Austin a better chance.
Boston yea that's the kind of thing a CEO would do to his employees because it's such an expensive place for the peons to live.

Ever hear of UTA? Enrollment: 40,000.

And they're not satellite campuses. UT is the flagship campus of the UT system.

Eastern MA's various Redevelopment Authorities will ensure each of their new buildings are held up for years in design reviews.

And there's no housing.

They didn't say DFW. Which means FW is definitely not part of the list.

UTD, UTA, UTSA, UTEP, etc are all "satellite" campuses. UT-Austin is the flagship.

UT-Austin is the flagship. But the others are not satellites of UT-Austin:

North Texas has plenty of students though no, it's not really a college town. But it also aggregates them from large state schools in bordering/nearby states. Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas for starters already send tons of kids to DFW at graduation. As Texas schools get choked by the 10% rule (or whatever % it is these days) we are even losing quality students to places like Ole Miss that probably wouldn't have been on the radar for some of these kids a decade ago. But you can bet they're moving back to DFW when they graduate instead of settling in to Mississippi.

For the record I don't think Dallas has a high probability of being selected for HQ2, but I don't think it will be due to a lack of access to college graduates.

TECH graduates. They are looking for highly skilled tech talent. Not sure if those are the kind of graduates schools near here are churning out in large numbers. They will also be looking for schools with large numbers of INTERNATIONAL students. Preferably ones pursuing STEM degrees. They need a large airport hub because very many of their employees will be expats probably with that dreaded H1B designation.

See housing threads for how excited locals are about foreigners with deep pockets ‘invading’ their neighborhoods. I’m thinking they’ll inch towards a more cosmopolitan city that has been there done that before...Dallas will be a tough ( though not impossible) sell.
