Hello,

I just bought an early 90s house that needs new HVAC, flooring, counters and windows repair. So, i am looking for HVAC, windows, tiles/flooring and granite contractors.

Would appreciate help from fellow members who have used any/all of these in their projects. The house is in Wylie

Look on Facefook for DeLeon Grante. I’ve used them a few times

DFW Improved does everything. Excellent reps on BBB and Angieslist. They replaced my roof and the cleanup was impeccable.

The drive is going to be the problem
With as much work available as there is now contractors that aren't that close won't want to drive out there w/o a premium incentive IMO

General contractors such as DFW Improved still subcontract and have their markup in the price they quote. So thats why i am thinking of getting people from individual trades.

Vacancy costs you money. Hiring a GC will likely speed things up for you and be a safer bet for you, especially if this is your first project.

Which general contracts would you recommend for jobs like these? I have some pending projects due for a property and my regular guy is knees deep in flipping houses.
