Hello, I am considering moving to the Lake Ray Hubbard area (likely Rowlett). What are some words that you would use to describe Lake Ray Hubbard and the surrounding area to help me understand what living there might be like? Is there anything that Rowlett needs to make it a better place to live? Thank you for your thoughts!

Rowlett is a fine city by itself. Although it is in close proximity to Mesquite and Garland which are crime infested pits. As long as your not having to cross The I30 bridge everyday. The lake area is a nice spot.

Rowlett is very pretty and kind of hilly I like it. It is close enough to major highways and daily conviences. They have a Target store so yes I approve. Adjacent Garland and Mesquite have so older and not so well kept areas but are generally okay. Parts of Garland are actually really nice as are the areas near Saxse.
