Actually, a lot of daytime 30s in October ..., but in Celsius.

I just couldn't resist.

It’s not uncommon for us to see 90 degree temps in October.

????

It’s just a joke, with a kernel of truth. In two months the averages will be approx 75/55. Nights in the 30’s are possible, but about as likely as highs in the 90’s.

Everyone has their own perspective, but 75 is still pretty warm, especially to those of us from colder climates.

The point is the weather is two months will be very different that right now.

When it is in the 30s in October, the weather probably came from Kansas, and it got there from the Dakotas.

Thank God.

The weather didn't bother me until school started back. I'm ready for fall now.

Last October we had 22 days with lows between the 60s - the 30s and 17 days with a high below 85 - 11 of those in the 60s and 70s.

I think most people are thinking of October as being in two months. It's August 27. In two months, it will practically be November. I think we will all agree on 'in two months' more when we get to Sept. 1.
