My I suggest grainger supply company? They are online and sell motors and capacitors very inexpensively. I am lucky we have an outlet in our city. Often I get parts cheaper there over the counter than their online catalog.
And this website had very good "how to" guides on replacing them.

Some unscrupulous AC companies like A#1 Air will literally charge you $500 for the capacitor for the part plus the 5 minutes of labor it takes to install it. The reason it’s a good idea to have one on hand is so that you don’t get fleeced if your capacitor goes out in August. Also, it’s a pretty simple to change it yourself, but make sure you know how to discharge it properly. This is like a $20 part, so any company charging $500 for it should have to answer to the AG, but of course they won’t.
