Trophy Club has a small Baylor facility, and Medical City Alliance is fairly close. Beware of the Methodist facility there; it was purchased out of a bankruptcy and still doesn't get a lot of business.

Flower Mound has a Texas Health hospital, and it's fairly close to Medical City Lewisville, Medical City Denton, and Baylor Grapevine. Other than those, you'll have a hard time finding work within the 30 minute commute.

There are tons more within 30 minutes. I work at literally almost every hospital in DFW for the most part and commute from Southlake. There are a minimum of 10-15+ that are within 30 minutes of me.

None of you people seem to understand SoCal traffic where OP is coming from. Almost nobody has a commute under 45 minutes.

Based on the Original post OP will will have no issue finding multiple opportunities under 45 minutes around them. If they have narrowed it down to those 5 suburbs they will be fine at any of them.

There are large hospitals in Carrollton and adjoining Castle Hills, Richardson and Plano. Any of those could work and wouldn't put you too far out in the swath of land between Dallas and ft worth. Those suburbs are nice though. May want to check out the valley ranch and las colinas areas of Irving. Very new and not too far from parts of Dallas and areas of eastern fort worth.
