No discount.LOL. We have a waiting list for lots released over next 4 months. We are not letting in walk ins at all due to wait list. Also, not having many fallouts on list even with price increases.Crazy times!

it has only gone STRAIGHT UP!
Frisco is almost in the same boat as Plano was about 8 to 10 years ago where not many new communities are building to keep up the demand and most of the major land is being built out already. So ppl have started shifting north to Prosper and Celina.
Homes in Frisco will only get more expensive as time goes on..... Just compare Plano as an example.
