Agree! But the ease of finding parking locally when shopping, the lower price of housing, the great schools, no income taxes....... hummm those are not hard to get used to, eh?

An overabundance of parking comes with the negative trade-off that this is a hostile place to be a pedestrian or on a bike. No income taxes are nice though.
