I had considered Euless as an affordable place with a low crime rate closest to Irving (where I would work) but if the air quality is anything close to a "1" out of 100 then I need to find another place. Maybe I could choose Carrollton.

The Austin area seems to have the best air quality but the towns I could eventually afford (Round Rock) is a longer commute to north Austin than I would like. I'm used to a 5 minute commute. Jollyville would be a 16 min. commute but I never see any houses for sale there. I'm guessing that Jollyville house prices are going to shoot way up soon anyway. Finding the right place to relocate is hard!
