It’s incredible to see how much growth has occurred in the core of Dallas. This video was made in 2017 and doesn’t include the new construction. We have a long way to go, but this is a great start.

These are the buildings currently U/C or nearly complete in Uptown/Downtown

•Hall Art Hotel and Residences 22 stories/439 ft
•Amli Fountain Place 46 stories/562 ft
•Atelier Flora Lofts 41 stories/441 ft
•The Union - The Christopher (Tower 1) 31 stories/354 ft
The Union Office Tower (Tower 2) 22 stories/314 ft
•The Victor 39 stories/453 ft (technically in Victory Park and will be the tallest building in the development)

Pics I took today from some of the projects listed. I forgot to take pics of the Victor, but not much progress has been made above ground yet.

I work in Ross tower so i see the progress everyday on all of these projects.

Alterier lofts are finally 3 floors above ground. I can't wait to watch it rise. I see that the new parking garage in front of chase tower with all of the planned retail has stalled on the hotel and residential part. I guess all of the details are not ironed out enuff for them to continue verticle construction.....

Cant wait to see the glass on the parking garage light up at night....its gonna add life to that part of downtown.

I just moved here, and it's so pretty compared to Austin and San Antonio. I've never seen so much modern, classy architecture.

The hotel and residential part was never planned to built all at once. All of that is apart of phase 2.

A lot of low information people and hate-projectors love to pan DTD/Uptown. I've been lucky enough to host business associates from across The US and abroad - I nearly always place people at The Adolphus or The Stoneleigh. And our daughter played in several Lone Star Volleyball tournaments and a national championship tournament at the convention center - through that we met dozens of out of towners. The near universal refrain from outsiders was along the lines of, "wow this one of the prettiest downtowns I've ever seen" or "I can't believe how clean it is" or "wow the architecture is awesome".

Now to be sure Dallas police do a great job sweeping as many bums as possible away from the convention center area of town during volleyball tournaments. But still.

Welcome to town!
