Looks like the Discovery District is almost finished. We shall see what 2020 holds for Downtown. Hopefully some of these parking lots slowly get developed like in Deep Ellum.

I am a fan of Bishop Arts, East End. Design District. We in Irving have our favorite old areas.

I have lived in South Irving since 1965. We adored Dallas.

We looked to Dallas people for guidance on trouble, problems. They were far more experienced than us in Irving. If you want experience you ask Dallas people.

We in Irving have many Fortune 500 headquarters. We are lucky to say the least.

YES, the Design District is actually pretty nice too! I seem to forget about it when talking about the revitalization of downtown.

Yep, it’s a big parking lot too. I’m not too sure about the design but it’s going to make a big impact on the area. Let’s not forget about Perot’s lot across the street. There’s still an opportunity for a major development (maybe a supertall) as well. Exciting times for Downtown and Uptown!
