Which stores in DFW sell wooden Armoires and Wardrobes ?

Most of the common furniture stores including Nebraska, Ashley and Rooms-to-Go don't carry them. I am searching for fully assembled wood armoires with doors.

Don't want to buy online with the associated hassle of assembling them. I also don't want the IKEA particle board material.

Have attached a sample photo to this post for easy reference.

Thanks,
Carol

Look on Craigslist in the furniture section. They are kind of out of style right now and you may find people selling them.

I’d probably check Weir’s first.

Furniture consignment stores. I bought a beautiful Bernhardt armoire last year at Furniture buy Consignment for a fantastic price.

I also would recommend secondhand furniture stores. Several years ago I bought two beautiful solid wood armchairs at one for a steal because I offered to buy both even though one of them had torn upholstery. I didn't mind because I planned on getting them recovered. I recently got them restuffed and recovered with beautiful designer home decor fabric. Similar chairs with less attractive fabric cost twice as much at Ethan Allen.

There used to be some stores on lower Greenville Avenue that sold Antique armoires. They are made better than the ones produced today. Mine have lasted for years.

You might also try the Antique Auction.
