It varies. The family to my right has 2 college aged kids and they're still here. The couple behind me is probably in their 70s. The other couple next to me is probably in their 50s. I rarely see them so I assume they have no kids at home. The people across the street have lots of young kids. I'm in an "older" neighborhood (houses are 15-18 years old) so I think a lot of people that bought here right when their kids started school are now empty nesters but don't necessarily want to leave yet. Now that I think about it, more of my direct neighbors are empty nesters than have kids at home.

That’s the point. Those roads are designed to be heavily used so you need lots of residents, otherwise there is no tax base to pay for this.

Will Coit will be another Preston Rd? But the problem is Preston has allot more to offer and has tons of marketplaces where Coit is just not developed. I guess people off of Coit go to Custer Road for everything.
