Wow, I've seen some of their signs up in Prosper. Dunno how a builder can go bankrupt in a booming market like this. Company must have been run by complete fools.

Mike - Saw his earlier today. They seemed to be doing well a few years ago.

Somebody was not watching expenses or living Bigly.

Exactly. You have to be trying to fail in this market. Doesnt add up.

What a terrible situation for the people who got caught up in this...

I remember seeing M.Christopher pool advertising signs along 75 a few months back.Question...Are they now operating under artesian pools?

That's disgusting! I've seen their ad on the back of a church bulletin in Allen. I hope the church removes it and their ability to advertise.

That's sad. People's investment should be protected by law.

I know these incidents are quite rare but for some reason I always preferred existing homes. If you have the obsession for a home to be spanking new, pick an spec/inventory home and call it a day. I don't care for delayed gratification and mystery of how a town, subdivision or house is going to delight or disappoint me. Life is too short for unnecessary uncertainty and material obsessions.
