Various "profiling" measures are already in place per LTC application. Look at the LTC crime data I supplied a couple of posts back. It's not reasonable to expect LTCers to be any more law abiding that we already are.

LTC holders are naturally law abiding citizens because the app requires the submission of ID and fingerprints. Of course criminals won't do that.

I remember there is a questionnaire including drugs and psychiatric history during the app, if that's the profiling you are talking about, but I don't think they have been ever verified by some real people in FBI or Sheriff's Office.

DPS takes fingerprints and both state and FBI criminal background checks are run.
