Hi,

We are planning to move to Frisco and found a new developed subdivision called Dove Creek which are built by Beazer Homes. It's located in north Frisco and is really close to 380 with prosper ISD. Not familiar with that area, but the builder says PGA will move the headquarter to Frisco so it will be developed in the future. Can you give some advise about Beazer homes and that area? regards the quality of the house, the schools and future development of that area or other worth mention stuff. Thanks!!

Yes, there will be future development.

Basically everything north of Dallas clear to the Oklahoma line is going to be filled with miles upon miles of residential subdivisions with office parks and strip centers interspersed.

My personal feelings have nothing to do with it. It's what's going to happen. I have personally watched the construction of LBJ Freeway "way out there on the outskirts of town" when Hillcrest north of Walnut Hill was a two lane country road highly crowned with a bar ditch on either side, and I see no evidence that the expansion of hte last 50+ years won't continue.
