Judging from the article it doesn’t appear to be any height restriction for this area. This is good news. I say go taller!

The site of the proposed mixed-use project is currently home to the Northend Apartments, and as such is zoned for multifamily. Along with an increase in uses, Hunt Realty is hoping to add 10-foot sidewalks and increase lot coverage with its rezoning request. No changes will be needed for the proposed height, as any height is currently supported on the property.

There’s a donut hole in that area including this property and the surface lots around Field that is part of Harwood that have the ability to go taller.

Yeah...actually this will be right across the freeway from Ross Perot's 1000+ foot Tower.

The planned Field Street District has no Height restrictions either...which is next to Ross Perot's 1000 foot tower.

Ross Perot has passed away but if Hollywood is able to do a building that height along with this district it would change the focus of downtown away from the Bank of America building for the first time in decades

Wow I didn't know he passed away. That means the building will probably be 1200 feet....in memorandum.

I wouldn't be mad if it was 500 feet.

Don't show this plan to JJG on the Fort Worth forum. He'll flip out.
