Reminds me of another forum I post on a few people shill Prosper anychance they get. My favorite was someone ranting about how all the young families will move there because of the PGA HQ. It's hiliarious because 1. golf partcipation is way down for those under 40 2. most of the residents can't afford to drop over 300 dollars for only a single round of golf 3. familes that have the money would rather join a tier 1 country club and get an actual family experience (tennis, golf, fitness center, childwatch, social events, community holiday events)

He's just trying to sell Prosper. Maybe an undisclosed real estate agent for Windsong.
