Have a concert this week at House of Blues. LiveNation sent something out saying we need to bring proof of vaccination. Are they still doing this with Gov Abbott's Vaccine Order from earlier this month?

I've got the card but prefer not to tote it around.

Yes they are still doing this. Maybe take a picture of the card?

The only place I have heard of that requires the actual card is for international travel.

I was just in NYC and every restaurant religiously required a vaccine card/drivers license to eat inside the restaurant or a negative recent test. All Broadway plays require the same. I'm going to Palm Springs next week and apparently all restaurants require the same.

The Mavericks were going to require it, but are dropping in with dropping cases (but its still required for Tuesdays home opener).

If the concert says they want it, I would bring it...although in NYC you could show a picture of your card as well.
