I'm stressing on how can I relocate to these areas (Frisco, Plano, Little Elm), coming from Sugarland Texas. I'm scared to take the leap. The rental qualifications are so different for homes- unfortunately being of another Race make it harder.

What's your credit score? is your gross monthly income 3x the rent asked? Have you ever been to any of the cities mentioned? Why do you assume it will harder to lease in those cities compared to Sugarland?
