Murphy, next to Sachse. There's a minimum lot of a quarter acre, but there's a couple sections of town that are 1 acre minimums. Sits on the border of two school districts but both are good. Not far from highway access (DH has that same requirement). Not far from Garland and Firewheel Town Center. Tons of friendly people.

Default Differences good and bad in Keller, Grapevine and Southlake

We are moving from Chicago by either the end of the year or next summer. My husband likes to play and coach soccer teams. He currently coaches my 5 and 11 year old children's teams. I need to be close to main highways for my work. We are also looking for good schools and fun stuff to do with our family. We may have our house build but we don't want a small yard. Thanks for the help.
