What price range do you want to be in?
There are very few condos in any of these cities, just FYI.
Some but few.
Do you want townhome style, but set up as a condo association or do you want highrise type, apartment type condo.
Also there are a few garden style condos around Plano.

Just rent a nice apartment, so much better.

Kincaid in Plano by legacy is decent value and there is some walkability and so is LVL29.

Hmmmm………I bought a townhouse style condo in the mid cities in 2014 for $103K; they are all selling for $270k+ now. there blows that theory.
