Looks like it is quite normal for opening and closure of H&M:

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/hm-to...102007126.html

For 2022, the fashion retailer said it plans to open around 120 new stores and close around 240 stores, making a net decrease of around 120 stores.

“Most of the openings will be in growth markets, while the closures will mainly be in established markets,” it said.

It’s already closed. Rumor is Uniqlo coming in it’s place. NorthPark management prefers trending brands not stale ones.

I'd say it's a Nike relo from the other side of the mall. If not, then Uniqlo or even Mango.

Would love to see a Uniqlo come to DFW.

Agreed. H&M has been on a pretty good decline since 2015. You either get with the times or get sent packing

I remember checking out what H&M was about years ago - it seemed like cheap low quality clothing.

NorthPark mall seems to like luxury brands and H&M is more of a budget brand.

Not the market NorthPark wants to draw—
And think H&M was more for younger shoppers too and that age group’s tastes change on a dime
So likely out of favor now
