I am moving on L1 Visa to USA. Have 2 queries:

1) How much money I will transfer/bring from my home country to USA? Any limit ?

2) Options to transfer money (for example western union or any other option). Currently i have no bank account in USA so bank to bank not possible.

Does your country have any rules about how much money you can transfer out?

your home country will have limits on how much money in USD you can purchase.
If you are carrying cash with you and if it is over $10000 you will have to declare it.
I am not aware of any other rules that will limit how much money you can bring to US.
Most banks will have wire transfer ability. You will need a bank account in US even to get paid.
Once you have a bank account you can use "Wise" as their fees are reasonable but you will need a bank account as source and destination.
