I don't think it's that extreme. Highland Village is still a desirable and upscale area. It's probably more like comparing a BMW to a Rolls Royce.

Also worth noting is that Highland Park is two square miles in the center of Dallas; Highland Village is somewhere around thirty square miles on the western edge of the developed part of the metro area.

Than Highland Village isn't going to work. There's not a major hospital close by, only a few smaller ones. The ones in Lewisville and southern Denton are owned by HCA if that matters to you.

Again, OP, I don't understand why you won't look at a map (Google Maps). Type "Hospital Dallas Tarrant County" and you'll get a view of all of them; then you can go to each one's website and understand whether it's a big headquarters (Baylor in East Dallas) or a little wee satellite clinic.

OP, I really don't understand the need to post the same exact question multiple times.

She's been asking the same question over and over since July

I have checked the maps for all those asking. Doesn’t Flower Mound have a decent hospital?

Texas Health Flower Mound is a small 99-bed hospital. https://www.texashealth.org/Location...h-flower-mound
Medical City Lewisville has 186 beds https://www.texashealth.org/Location...h-flower-mound
Medical City Denton has 208 beds https://medicalcityhealthcare.com/lo...l-city-denton/

If you are needing a bigger, flagship hospital, you'll be driving to Dallas or Fort Worth
