I am moving to the Dallas area at the end of July and will be working in Allen ISD. I came across Independence Crossing in Plano which is an apartment and townhome community. They seemed to have pretty good ratings on apartmentrating.com compared to other apartments in Plano and Richardson. Does anyone have any experience living there? Also, they quoted me $825 a month for a one bedroom apartment, 761 sq. feet, which includes hardwood floors and a private fenced in yard (which will be great for my dog). Their move in special was first month free (or you can prorate it) +$250 L&L gift card. Does that sound like a comparable price for the area? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
