Back to topic. Moderator cut: edited for thread context do you think that this display of ignorance on the part of JWP says more about (1) his lack of education at a Jr. High level or (2) on the poor traffic fine collection practices, or (3) JWP proclivity to find racism where it is not, so as to remove all doubt of the first option?

OK enough friendly banter we get it. Yeah, so JWP and that judge are idiots. I would like to know what they're defense is, that is if they feel compelled to or are even forced to give one. This will all be forgotten in about a week's time and they'll go back to being one of the many jerks who run this world and ruin it with their lack of knowledge or any understanding of anything that exists around them in this world.

I'd say it's a mix of 1 and 3, but from what I've been told only white people can be racist. I love double standards, we're always trying to work something out to our own advantage no matter what the contrary obviously is.

I don't see how this helps his effectiveness in anyway, and really detracts from it, but Dallas seems to follow Penny's recommendation about not caring about such things and he continues in office. So it will be forgotten until his next gaff.
