Wow! I'm glad I left the office(downtown) early today. I left about 4:20 and it took me 42 minutes to get to Frisco. Now that this thread has started, I clock my commute everyday...lol!

Haha...me too. I usually leave the house of the office right when traffic gets bad. But for some reason here lately, I have been having good luck and not hitting much traffic. Knock on wood!

Left a little later today. I pulled out of my driveway at 6:12am. I got to work at 6:38am. 26 minutes again from Plano to Downtown. I am very happy with the time it take sme in the morning. I still havent had a normal commute home. It seems like I always have somewhere to stop on the way home and it screws up my commute. Hopefully today I can time it. I am thinking its about 40 minutes leavign at 4pm from downtown.

It's got to be the economy - whether it's less commercial traffic (trucks), or more carpooling (high gas $$ may not have done it, but unemployment sure will ), I'm seeing probably 20% less traffic now.

If you decide to try the train and you happen to prove me wrong, let me know so I can pass it on to my wife.
The only plus to me is that the DART pass is paid for by my employeer. Right now i pay to park near my office as free parking is not provided.
I am not a morning person and struggle to get to work by 8:30 so riding DART is out until i can adjust my schedule again in the spring.
The 310 bridge is still out but they are allowing traffic to flow underneath it for 175 users. People going directly to Kauffman have to make detours.
