I need to find a place for my mentally handicapped brother within the next couple years. He is 57, in a group home in Ohio (a good place too), goes to a sheltered workshop during the weekdays, where he is with several other mentally handicapped adults, and they have tasks. jobs that they make a little money for. I would like to find a similar situation in the Plano area, although it can be within 30 miles of Plano. The group home that he is in will let family members (my sister) pick him up for weekend visits, or vacations. They are also there 24 hours a day, and help him with medications, he is also diabetic.
