[mod]Consumer complaint[/mod]

Oh, this is from the [mod]name of department store[/mod]

So, again, is there anyway I can complain about him? Or give me some tip for the future.

Thank you in advance for any info.

Last edited by Bo; 01-14-2009 at 09:26 PM.. Reason: Per City-Data's TOS consumer complaints are not allowed. Discussing strategies for remedies is OK, w/o the store name.

Jason, I had an issue at Moderator cut: name of store 2 years ago and I contacted customer relations. They may not be able to do anything specific, but they need to hear this kind of stuff. Customer Relations - Moderator cut: email P: 865-981-9541, F: 865-981-6325

This is on their website, so it is not like any kind of insider info. You should never let yourself be belittled by anyone!

Whatever you tell them, don't threaten them. If you tell them that you'll never shop there again,, they have no reason to do anything for you and will ignore you. If you talk in such a way as to emphasize your loyalty to the store once this little incident is resolved, they will be motivated to do something for you.

And you will not want to "give them a piece of your mind". You really want to vent your anger at the ones who offended you, not some innocent staffer in customer relations. If you're nice to customer relations, they will in turn be not so nice to the people you actually want to reach out and slap.
