I have been looking at a Sotherby inventory home but it was recently removed from the MLS; presumable because it was sold. Does anyone have any idea how to find out what the sale price was? This would also give me a better idea on Sotherby’s list vs. sales price on their inventory homes.

You need to use a Realtor.

These will be in the MLS once they close. Sotherby does not discount alot unless you are looking at their homes in the 370k plus range.

They like to keep the sales price even, then throw in upgrade monies.

A good realtor would explain this to you...they know how all the builders work. Each is a little different.
