I don't have any advice that hasn't already been shared. Just wanted to give an early "welcome" to you.

I left my entire family and most of my friends in MI to to relocate here last fall. I had a job lined up and am living in an apartment temporarily. Now that my hubby has also found work here, we'll be looking for a Frisco-area home to rent so my company can pack and move my household goods down.

I LOVE IT here. Sure people complain about the traffic, which is just as bad as in Metro Detroit, which is where I moved from. Can't beat the weather (no matter what, it will always be better than what's happening in MI), the shopping or the plethora of activities.

Much more happening here than in MI, that's for sure.

Best of luck to you!!

Well... keep me posted... love to keep us Michiganders together (hate that word)... can't have enough new friends in a new town.

And if we find at least one more Michigander we can play euchre!
