Friends are moving to Dallas and would like to put themselves in Highland Park schools. They're looking for a 3 bedroom rental.

They would like to search via the various online sites, but are finding it difficult to restrict their searches to the "Park Cities" (Highland Park/University Park) or HPISD.

Obviously they could use an agent int the area, and they will, but they would also like to be able to do their own searching. Does anyone have any ideas of how this can be done? Recommend any online sites that will do this?

What zipcode or zipcodes correspond most accurately to HPISD? There is at least one site that will search by zip.

(Obviously, if you have specific recommendations of nice 3 BR rentals in HPISD, that would be very helpful as well. Thanks!)

75205

However I personally think 75214 is best! Same small-town atmosphere with diversity and without attitude.

Of course, Lakwooder. :-)

To the OP, 75225 is another zip. Covers part of Dallas too, though.

I believe 75205 may also have part of HPISD.

There's a local realtor's website that will let you look up houses by school districts. I've dm'ed the link to you.

There are 3 zipcodes that feed into Highland Park ISD: 75225-75205 and 75219

School districts boundaries overlap each other here in a lot of cases, so you have to filter through them.

There are 85 listings for rent in the school district as of today ranging from $800 (1 bedroom) to 12K a month...

Jerry Jones must be renting out a room to help pay for his stadium (since he can't get anyone to pay for naming rights).

I think he is pretty busy with the fundraisers in Frisco and Prosper to get more cash.
