does dallas have any large intown parks similar to piedmont in atlanta?wondering if there was some place cool to run.

^^^ White Rock Lake, to the east of downtown. Cedar Hill State Park in Southwest Dallas has good biking and jogging trails. There are numerous other lakes in the DFW area with various recreational activities.

White Rock Lake is Dallas' closest version to Piedmont Park.

Can you describe Piedmont?
There are tons of parks in Dallas, but I've never been to Atlanta...so no clue how to compare.
