wish you could have gotten some pics of dallas cbd after dark.those would have been really awesome.....especially from the air................really miss the old town

Dallas is so cool, but hot and big. Plus there's a lot of events and places, such things like that. But other then that, Dallas is cool.

That shot of "Uptown" in the original pics is actually Preston Hollow and University Park. The high rise buildings seen are from Preston Center.

Its a 5 hour drive WITHOUT traffic which can become snarling on the Gulf Freeway.

Yes.

For the most part North Texas is flat, with a few gently rolling hills here & there. Prairies are like that.

I disagree. DFW, especially the Fort Worth side, is pretty hilly (for the most part).
