WE are trying to relocate to the Dallas area. We are looking to rent while our home in NC sells. With all the wide open spaces in Texas rental homes are on a postage size lot, eight foot fences and not a shade tree in sight. Property management companies are worthless. Can someone please help us or at least steer us in the right direction where people are animal friendly. Are dogs are crate trained and although large are well behaved. We are willing to put down a huge $$$ deposit to allow our dogs to be with us. Thank you for any help that can be offered.

Most of the the homes in newer subdivisions are going to be on postage stamp size lots unless you find a corner unit. I can't think of any part of town that is not dog friendly. You want a larger lot look for a older more mature neighborhood. It will have mature trees and larger lots on average.
